Sullivans Constructions was established in 2004 in the Sutherland Shire by Damian Sullivan. The company started out undertaking minor commercial and residential. In 2006 we undertook our first Local Government Project for Bankstown Council. The project involved rebuilding a fire damaged 2 Level Commercial Building known as Blue Gum Farm. North Sydney Council also became one of our customers in 2007.

By 2010 we had grown our turnover by 400% and were preferred building contractors for 6 Sydney Councils. These include;

We have now undertaken over 300 Local Government Projects ranging from 2000.00 to 2 million dollars. We have undertaken approximately 10 million worth of Local Government Projects. Many of our projects have been featured in Local Papers, Council Newsletters and 3 of our projects have won awards. Every week we are carrying out at least 1 project for one of those Councils. We have continued to grow every years and developed a strong, professional reputation amongst Local Government. About 70% of our yearly turnover is from Local Government.

We also do residential work, we are currently completing 3 granny flats for customers in both the Sutherland Shire and in the Auburn Area.
